Help & FAQ

Public product guidance for WindowMD

This page explains what WindowMD does, how users measure openings, how reports are generated, and how connected features are handled if enabled.

How to measure windows

Measure the width at the top, middle, and bottom, then measure the height at the left, center, and right. Use the smallest measurement in each direction. Record floor level, access conditions, and photos when possible.

How to use the app

Create a project, add each opening, configure manufacturer and product selections, then generate a client-ready report with installation pricing, material estimates, and historical pricing estimates.

Reports and pricing estimates

Reports are generated from the measurements, configuration details, labor assumptions, material assumptions, and available historical pricing data entered into the app. Final manufacturer pricing may still vary based on formal quotes and product availability.

Data and connected features

If connected features are enabled, WindowMD requests only the data needed to provide the specific workflow you choose to use. User data is not used for advertising and is not sold.

Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers for users, reviewers, and prospective customers.

Who is WindowMD for?

WindowMD is designed for window sales teams, contractors, estimators, and operations staff who need a repeatable process for measuring openings, configuring products, and producing estimate reports.

Does the app create final manufacturer quotes?

No. The app helps organize job information and generate estimate reports. Final manufacturer unit pricing may still depend on formal supplier or manufacturer quotes.

How does the historical pricing estimator work?

The estimator uses comparable historical quote data to help estimate likely unit pricing for configured openings. These results are estimates intended to support sales and pre-quote review, not guaranteed final pricing.

How much does WindowMD cost?

WindowMD is free to start with 10 AI calls per month. Paid plans start at $5/mo (Basic, intro rate) and $15/mo (Pro, intro rate) for the first month, then $9.99/mo and $24.99/mo respectively. You only pay for what you need, and you can cancel anytime.

Is this page public?

Yes. This Help & FAQ page is designed to be accessible without logging in so users, reviewers, and customers can understand the app and its workflows.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Alternatively, email us at thejenkins.info@gmail.com and we'll cancel it for you immediately. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

What happens to my intro rate after the first month?

Your intro rate ($5/mo for Basic, $15/mo for Pro) applies to your first month. After that, your subscription renews at the regular rate ($9.99/mo for Basic, $24.99/mo for Pro). You can cancel anytime before the next billing cycle — no questions asked.
